  1. Scope of application<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern all sales of products or services (hereinafter referred to as “the Products”) made by chris.murner – L’Antre-Peaux to its customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customers”) via the www.chrismurner.ch website.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    1. Controls<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.1. Orders placed by Customers are subject to acceptance by the Vendor.<\/p>\n

      2.2. The Vendor reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of non-compliance with the GCS, unavailability of Products or for any other legitimate reason.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

      1. Prices and payment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        3.1. Product prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and are subject to change at any time by the Seller.<\/p>\n

        3.2. Payment for Products is made at the time of order, by the means of payment accepted by the Vendor.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

        1. Delivery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          4.1. Delivery times are given for information only. The Seller makes every effort to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery beyond its control.<\/p>\n

          4.2. Delivery charges are payable by the Customer and are indicated during the order process.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

          1. Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            5.1. In accordance with Swiss law, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 days from receipt of the Products as long as the Products are unused and kept in their original packaging.<\/p>\n

            5.2. To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify the Vendor of his decision to withdraw in writing and return the Products in their original condition.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

            1. Warranties<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              6.1. Products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of [1 year <\/p>\n

              6.2. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or negligence on the part of the customer.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

              1. Liability<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                7.1. The Vendor’s liability is limited to the amount of the Customer’s order.<\/p>\n

                7.2. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                1. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTC shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                    1. Modifications to the General Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
